Placing your order:

If you have any problems placing your order through our website, please feel free to call us at 336-977-1708 or email us at  Our office hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.  Emails are also checked frequently during these hours.  We are generally closed the same holidays as UPS and USPS.  We will be closed Dec 24th and 25th. 


General Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs start at $3.95 and go up based on the amount of product and type of shipping.  You can see the exact cost of shipping by looking at the shipping options in the cart.   

We ship with UPS and USPS Monday through Friday.  We can ship your order UPS Ground or by USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail.  For International Orders, we offer International First Class.  All orders shipped by USPS are shipped Delivery Confirmation.  Insurance is included in all shipping costs.  To find your shipping costs, enter items in your shopping cart and choose a shipping option.  Shipping costs are determined by your shipping method and amount of order.  First Class shipping starts at just $3.95.   

International Orders:  We only ship International orders via the United States Postal Service and we only use First Class International mail service.  We have had International orders take as long as 4 weeks to arrive or as little as 1 week.  Often packages are held up in customs.  Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your customs office to find out what the fees might be in your country.

Your order can usually be shipped the same day if we receive it before 2:00 pm Eastern time.  There may be a one day delay during holidays.  Please be sure to call or email us if you need your order by a certain date and want to make sure you are choosing the correct shipping method to get it there on time.  USPS only guarantees Express mail delivery and to some areas this is a 2 day delivery time.  UPS guarantees all service options except during holidays where they do not guarantee ground shipping by a certain date.  If you are close to North Carolina, it is possible that your order will arrive in one day using UPS ground.  You can check the delivery time for your area by going to and clicking on "Calculate Time and Cost" or just copy this into your browser

If you happen to place an order and want to add on to it, you can place another order.  Often we will catch this and will credit you the shipping cost on the second order.  You can also send us an email to make sure that we notice this so we can combine your order and refund the duplicate shipping.


It is no problem to return items.  Please ship all returns to, PO Box 131, Laurel Springs, NC 28644.  You do not need an RA number.  Please be sure to include your invoice and any instructions (whether you want to exchange or a refund) with your return so that we can credit you properly.  We are not able to accept items that have been worn or altered or personalized items.  We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Our website e-commerce section is completely secure.  We are unable to see your credit card number.  Only our credit card processor and website server has access to your credit card number.  The website server automatically deletes it in 7 days.

Privacy: is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any other companies. When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information (your name, phone number, address and email address). We use this information to process your order, to send you updates on your order status and to get in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order.


We do not have a print catalog.  We update our website as often as possible with new items.  We use our website rather than a catalog so that keeps our costs down saving you money.
