Placing your order:

If you have any problems placing your order through our website, please feel free to call us at 866-815-6604.  Our office hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.  Emails are also checked frequently during these hours.  We are generally closed the same holidays as UPS and USPS.  We will be closed Dec 24th and 25th. 

Shipping: 

General Shipping Costs:
   $70 or less in product  - First Class - $3.95;   Priority Mail - $5.80
   Over $70 in product - First Class - $5.95;  Priority Mail - $7.80

We ship with UPS and USPS.  We can ship your order UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day or by USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail.  For International Orders, we offer International First Class and International Priority.  All orders shipped by USPS are shipped Delivery Confirmation except International First Class.  Insurance is included in all shipping costs except International orders.  To find your shipping costs, enter items in your shopping cart and choose a shipping option.  Shipping costs are determined by your shipping method and amount of order.  First Class shipping starts at just $3.95.   

International Orders:  Please note that there is no tracking information available for International First Class mail and this type of service does not include insurance.  You may wish to have your order shipped by International Priority Mail.  If your package is taking longer than expected, it is probably held up in customs.  

Your order can usually be shipped the same day if we receive it before 2:00 pm Eastern time.  There may be a one day delay during holidays.  Please be sure to call or email us if you need your order by a certain date and want to make sure you are choosing the correct shipping method to get it there on time.  USPS only guarantees Express mail delivery and to some areas this is a 2 day delivery time.  UPS guarantees all service options except during holidays where they do not guarantee ground shipping by a certain date.  If you are close to North Carolina, it is possible that your order will arrive in one day using UPS ground.  You can check the delivery time for your area by going to www.UPS.com and clicking on "Calculate Time and Cost" or just copy this into your browser http://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US.

Returns:

Please ship all returns to Charmcountry.com, PO Box 131, Laurel Springs, NC 28644.  You do not need an RA number.  Please be sure to include your invoice with your return so that we can credit you properly.  We are not able to accept items that have been worn or altered.  We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Security:

Our website e-commerce section is completely secure.  When you submit your credit card information, it is processed through a secure server with SSL technology.  Your credit card is not charged at this time.  We charge your card when we ship your order.  You will receive an email once your order is ready for shipping which will include your tracking number or delivery confirmation number.  Please feel free to call us before this time if you need to change your order.

Privacy:

CharmCountry.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any other companies. When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information (your name, phone number, address and email address). We use this information to process your order, to send you updates on your order status and to get in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order.

Catalog:

We do not have a print catalog.  We update our website as often as possible with new items.  We use our website rather than a catalog so that keeps our costs down saving you money.
