- Are your items .925 sterling silver?
Yes our
jewelry is solid .925 sterling silver (not silver plated) except for the
stainless steel stretchy Italian charm bracelets and charms. Our items are
stamped .925.
- What size charm bracelet do I need?
For babies
and toddlers, you probably need a 5" bracelet. For preschoolers up to
about about 7, you probably need a 6". My 5 year old can not wear a
5" at all. A 6" dangles quite a bit on her making the adjustable 6"
perfect for her. For teenagers and adults, you probably need a 7" and for
plus size you need an 8". Also available are 9" and 10" adjustable charm
bracelets. Please note that for chunkier and large width bracelets, you
may need a size larger than normal. For large width San Marcos and Figaros,
an 8" is the most popular size.
- Can you attach the charms for me?
Yes, we can put the charm bracelet together for you. Just click on Put
my jewelry together on the left. We charge $0.25 each to put charms on
with jump rings and $0.50 each to put charms on with split rings. We
recommend the split rings. You can also designate the order of the charms
or any other instructions for putting the bracelet together. You can also
make notes in the comment section upon checkout regarding your order.
- Do I need rings to attach the charms?
Most of
the charms come with rings (although there are some with pendant bails in which
case rings are not attached), however, it is recommended that you purchase a
nicer quality ring. The rings that come with the charms are the
manufacturer rings and do not close very well. For greater security, we
recommend the split rings which look like tiny key chains. These are only
$0.25 each or $0.50 if we put them on for you. Please note that you will
need two rings to attach the birthstone kids to a charm bracelet but you won't
need any rings for these if you want to put them on a necklace.
- How soon can I get my order?
In most
cases, we ship your order out the same day. You can choose different
shipping methods to get your order there when you need it. Our least
expensive method is First Class Shipping but we also offer Priority Mail,
Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day. We are located in
North Carolina so if you are near us, chances are your order will get their
quickly even with First Class. For International Orders, our only method
of shipping is USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Packages shipped
outside the US have gotten their as quickly as 1 week and as slowly as 4 weeks.
There are not tracking numbers available for International orders and we cannot
control the rate of delivery for these orders.
- How many charms can I put on a charm bracelet?
Lots!!
Some people will fill up their charm bracelet on both sides putting two charms
for each hole and some people like them quite spaced out. It just depends
on what you like!
- What types of payment do you take?
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do accept prepayment by money
order or personal checks but you will need to wait for the check to clear before
the order is sent. Unfortunately we are not able to offer COD or Net 30
Accounts.
- Can I return the item if I don't like it?
Yes, we
accept returns for any reasons. The only returns we are unable to accept
are items that have been worn, altered or were personalized. We can take
items back where charms were attached for you. To return an item, simply
include a copy of your invoice and instructions (whether you want to exchange or
need a refund) and send to Charmcountry.com, PO Box 131, Laurel Springs, NC
28644. You do not need an RA number to return something. We try to
process returns quickly but their may be a delay during holiday seasons.
- What if something is on backorder?
If we are out of stock on an item,
we put it on backorder. The item will be automatically shipped (with no
extra shipping charge) when it is available again. Please notify us if you
don't want the backordered item and we will issue a refund.
- What if I want to add something to an order already placed?
It is no problem to add to your
order as long as we haven't shipped it. When you order has shipped, you
will receive an invoice by email with a tracking number if applicable.
Occasionally we have an incorrect email address and may be why you haven't
gotten an invoice. Other than that, we haven't processed the order yet.
If you are making orders within several hours of each other, we haven't shipped
yet and your orders can go together. If you place them both online, we
will issue a refund or adjust the amount we charge with regard to the shipping
charge so that there will be only one shipping charge.
- How is the best way to communicate with your company?
The best way to communicate with us is through email.
We usually check emails every 10 - 20 minutes during working hours. Phone
messages are only checked once a day. If you are calling and get our
machine, you may also want to email us with any questions or problems so that we
