Children's JewelryThis section is just for your little one. The 14" chains work well for toddlers up. Teenagers usually need a 16" or 18" chains depending on the size of the child. Erring on the side of caution, I would choose 16" for about 10 years and up. Necklaces can delight your child and are inexpensive enough for small gifts. I gave my daughter a necklace and a charm for each holiday and she loves it. At Christmas we put on the Santa or Christmas tree, at Easter, the Easter Bunny, at Thanksgiving, the turkey, at Halloween, the pumpkin and so on. She loves her necklace and wears it everyday, sleeping in it and taking a bath with it. The box chains hold up very well. She loves showing off her charm of the season. We also have a heart for Valentine's Day, a four leaf clover for St. Patrick's day and a birthday cake for her birthday. You can add charms that mirror their interests like the ballet slippers, Cinderella's coach or Bambi. Once they've grown up, all these charms can be put on a charm bracelet as a wonderful reminder of their childhood. For costs savings, look for the set of holiday charms.
